The terms that apply when you use the WAVE22labs website and its products, DaberelAI and DabereLIVE.
01Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of wave22labs.com and the products of WAVE22 Labs Ltd. (“WAVE22labs”), including DaberelAI and DabereLIVE (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
02Accounts
Some Services require an account and email or phone verification. Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
03Using the Services
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- record or transcribe people without the consent the law requires;
- misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the Services;
- use the Services to build a competing product or dataset;
- use the output in ways that infringe others’ rights or break the law.
04Your content
You keep all rights in the audio you submit and the text produced from it. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content in order to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
05AI output
Speech recognition is not perfect. Transcripts and captions may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them — especially in legal, medical or other professional contexts. The Services do not provide professional advice.
06Beta features
Some Services, including DabereLIVE, are offered as a beta. Beta features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued, and are provided without any commitment to availability.
07Plans and payment

08Intellectual property
The Services, software, brand names (including WAVE22labs, DaberelAI and DabereLIVE), logos and site content belong to WAVE22labs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
09Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, WAVE22labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. [HAVE A LAWYER REVIEW THIS CLAUSE]
10Ending use
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Services or others.
11Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
